Once during their studies, students on the curriculum of Tourism and Hotel Management at Pärnu College have the chance to apply for participation at the EMCup, a cross-European competition for hotel schools. Published in 2024, "A Research Agenda for Tourism and Wellbeing" takes a comprehensive look at the relationship between tourism and wellbeing, highlighting their impact on people's quality of life, happiness, and satisfaction.
The graduation ceremony of the University of Tartu Pärnu College will take place on 17 June 2024 at 16:00 in Pärnu Concert Hall. The ceremony starts at 16:00, graduates are kindly asked to arrive at Pärnu Concert Hall by 15:00. The official part of the ceremony is expected to conclude around 18:00.
On 18 May, thousands of University of Tartu alumni will meet in the student city again after five years. The alumni get-together “Back to the university” will include lectures and tours of institutes across the city, a sing-along and welcoming speeches in front of the main building, a procession and a grand party in the sports hall.

The competition for the scholarship established by the rectors of the University of Tartu, University of Latvia and Vilnius University has started again to promote the teaching and learning of the Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian languages and cultures.
