Service Design and Management (MA)
Goal
The curriculum prepares middle and senior managers and specialists who can analyse processes going on in service organisations, know how to create competitive advantages for the organisation using different kinds of design and to design new services.
Target Group
The master curriculum is meant for people who like to develop their creativity and analytical skills in the field of business focusing particularly on service organisations.
We expect middle and senior managers and specialists with basic knowledge in economics working in service organisations (or going to start working there) whose job assignments include dealing with service processes and service design. We also welcome people who have graduated from other departments and would like to gain a deeper knowledge in business and entrepreneurship.
Content
The studies cover 120 ECTS. The studies end with final exam or thesis defence. The Master thesis (20 ECTS) focuses on researching the application possibilities of design, process and project management in a service organisation.
